Viridian Apartments wins Housekeeping Team of the Year at ASAP Awards

This year’s Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) Awards were a buoyant celebration of our industry’s achievements. We were delighted that our housekeeping department took home the trophy for Housekeeping Team of the Year.

We are so proud of our dedicated team of around 90 housekeeping professionals, who work tirelessly for our guests and clients. They are strongly committed to providing the most comfortable and enjoyable stays possible, something that is recognised and appreciated across our company – so it was fantastic to see it recognised by the ASAP too!

At the ceremony, our Head of Housekeeping Rachid collected the award (pictured above with our CEO, Dominic Sherry). Rachid has been instrumental in building such a productive and resilient department, as well as being an active member of our CSR steering group – always seeking ways to support Viridian Apartments in delivering our ESG commitments. He truly leads by example, as demonstrated by the housekeeping department’s dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to supporting the entire company, our partners and, of course, our guests.

Excellence is one of our four core values at Viridian Apartments and our housekeeping team truly embodies this, demonstrating a commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail. The team takes pride in their work and ensures that no detail is overlooked.

Each year, their efforts are integral to Viridian Apartments achieving ISAAP accreditation by delivering the highest standards of sanitisation, housekeeping service levels and cleaning schedule management.

As our Chief Operations Officer Bala Balasubramaniam put it: "We are a growing, fast-paced company operating 500 apartments across 50 locations, and this would not be possible without our incredible housekeeping team. We are immensely grateful for their commitment and hard work.”
