Viridian Apartments is a serviced apartment company providing exceptional service for high corporate clients and leisure clients with properties varying all across London and the South-East. We now seek a Property Handyman to join our growing team to fulfil day to day duties in the upkeep of the apartments and communal areas.
The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and involve working closely with all departments to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the property is consistently maintained to high standards and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on a high standard of work and has the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently.
General Maintenance experience in a domestic setting is essential, along with high level direct customer service skills. The role covers all aspects of maintenance from appliance repairs and changing lightbulbs, to re-pressuring boilers and fault finding.
The role also covers an emergency on-call rota, plus additional weekends. Additional languages are beneficial. A full UK driving license is essential.
