Location: Ongar Road
Situated in Earl’s Court and close to South Kensington, these apartments are in a very convenient location from which to reach the City, West End and Heathrow.
Within easy walking distance are the restaurants and bars of Earl’s Court and South Kensington, or head to nearby Chelsea for the boutiques of Brompton Road and King’s Road and mix with celebrities at Bluebird or Bouji’s. This leafy suburb offers a real slice of London living and the perfect base for a business traveller seeking a work/life balance.
Just two stops on the Overground will get you to Shepherd’s Bush, where you’ll find hundreds of big-name brands, designer stores and smaller boutiques at Westfield London. In nearby Chelsea, head to King’s Road where there are over 160 shops ranging from small boutiques and pop-ups to iconic department store Peter Jones. Claudie Pierlot is the place for Parisian-chic styles, while Flying Tiger houses hundreds of Scandi knick-knacks. And over at Farm Fetch, you can shop a carefully curated selection of foods and produce sourced from small-scale local producers across different regions in Italy.
Earl's Court is also filled with many places to eat and relax. For a breakfast stop, POPS cafe is a great destination, from interesting teas and coffees to full breakfast fry-ups. Black Rabbit Cafe is a lovely spot for specialty coffee, smoothies, breakfasts and brunch. Just a few moment's walk from your serviced apartment is The Prince; featuring three restaurants playing host to some of London’s most exciting new chefs and a beautiful garden with a retractable roof where you can enjoy food and drink with friends. The Lillie Langtry, just opposite, is also a great choice for pub grub made with quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers. For dinner plans, Addie’s Thai is one of Earl's Court’s more popular restaurants. The menu consists of hearty dishes from Asia, with dishes ranging from noodles and rice to fish and crab.
Head to Evans and Peel Detective Agency, a short 11-minute walk from your serviced apartment, if you fancy drinks with a side of vintage surroundings and a Prohibition-era vibe. This cool bar is an Earl's Court staple where you can enjoy clandestine cocktails based on famous detective cases, and American eats if you're feeling peckish. For a relaxed spot to meet with friends, try neighbourhood wine bar Vagabond where you can sample some of the 100+ wines available, alongside some tapas-style sharing plates or a charcuterie board. And if you’re in the mood for something lively, late-night cocktail bar Simmons in nearby Fulham offers a long happy hour, a beer pong table and retro games consoles to keep you occupied.
