Introduction

These stylish serviced apartments are in an enviable location just a four-minute walk away from Marylebone underground and train station, a seven-minute walk to Baker Street station and a 12-minute walk from stylish Marylebone High Street with its collection of boutique shops, luxury labels, cafés and restaurants. You’re also within easy walking distance of the attractions of Marylebone, such as the Sherlock Holmes Museum, official home of the famous fictional detective; the Wallace Collection, housing a wonderful array of artworks; and Madame Tussauds, home to 150 celebrity wax figures. The lush expanses of Regent’s Park and Hyde Park are both nearby, offering delightful walking routes. Regent’s Park is also home to London Zoo, which makes for a great day out.

Shopping

Marylebone High Street is peppered with specialist boutiques selling fashion, accessories, homeware, beauty and more. This includes chic womenswear at Sessun London, Scottish cashmere and wool at Brora, classic and contemporary reads at Daunt Books, and gourmet groceries at Bayley & Sage. Cheese lovers should turn down Moxon Street to discover the delights at La Fromagerie – it has everything from cheese boards and gift boxes to fine wines. Just opposite is Rococo Chocolates, a high-end chocolatier for tasty morsels to savour back in your apartment (or indeed, gift to someone special!). If you are in Marylebone on a Sunday, visit the Farmer's Market to explore a wide assortment of seasonal foods from artisan and local producers. There’s always something new, with excellent vegetables, fruit, seafood, meat and poultry sourced from British farms. For even more shopping, Oxford Street, with its proliferation of designer shops, department stores and upmarket boutiques, can be reached in around 11 minutes via the Bakerloo line.

The Marylebone Corner is a great coffee shop just moments from our apartments on the adjacent York Street – it also offers fresh-baked bread, pastries and cakes, perfect for breakfast or brunch. Sushi Moka is an laid-back eatery with great Japanese cuisine, using ingredients from local suppliers. Or perhaps try the Spanish inspired menu at the Thornbury Castle, a lovely local pub just around the corner from our apartments. Briciole is an Italian trattoria, café bar and deli about four minutes’ walk from Wyndham Street, where you can sample wonderful Italian dishes in the restaurant or al-fresco eating area before purchasing some gourmet delights for your apartment kitchen.

Its sister venue, 28°-50° by Night, is a gorgeous bar boasting live jazz and blues until the early hours, a modern European menu and – of course – amazing wines to pair. And it all comes with excellent service! 31 below is a buzzing basement bar with great music and excellent cocktails, while Mayahuel Mezcaleria celebrates the flavours of Mexican liquor with authentic mezcal and agave spirits available as tasting flights or in the bar’s innovative cocktails – and there are some tasty mocktails for those that prefer a non-alcoholic alternative. Alternatively, hop on the Bakerloo line at Marylebone and head to London’s West End, where you’ll find a plenty of theatres showing evening performances of drama, comedy, musicals, cabaret and more – there’s something to suit all tastes!

Marylebone Village is an affluent residential area with a chic village feel, featuring independent boutiques and smart restaurants and maintaining a more laid-back character when compared to the nearby city districts.
