Nestled between the neighbourhoods of Kensal Rise, Ladbroke Grove, Portobello Road and Notting Hill, our two-bedroom apartments in North Kensington are the epitome of chic. The stylish interiors have been consciously designed to create a relaxed space, with floor to ceiling windows lending a bright, airy feel and plenty of natural light.
The apartments are beautifully appointed with parquet wooden floors, contemporary furniture, and zoned spaces so you can cook, dine, work and relax in comfort. Open-plan kitchens come equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven; combined with comfortable bedrooms and stylish, modern bathrooms to make these apartments a true home away from home.
Some apartments also have a balcony, a perfect spot to unwind on summer evenings. The building also benefits from an elevator and complimentary Wi-Fi comes as standard.
The location is excellent whether staying for business or leisure. Three underground stations (Westbourne Park, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green) are all approximately 0.7 miles away from our apartments, offering a transport network across the capital via the Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City lines. Kensal Green also offers Overground trains towards London Euston and Watford Junction. The vibrant neighbourhoods of Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove offer an abundance of boutiques, independent stores, cafés, bars and restaurants to explore, as well as the iconic Portobello Road Market.

North Kensington is a well-connected area found between Kensal Rise, Ladbroke Grove, Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Popular with both families and professionals, there are plenty of independent eateries, pubs, bars and green spaces in the immediate area. Westbourne Park, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green underground stations are all 0.7 miles away from our apartments, offering a transport network across the capital via the Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City lines, making North Kensington a great location for corporate travellers. Kensal Green also offers Overground trains towards London Euston and Watford Junction. Iconic Portobello Road Market is 0.8 miles away (around 16 minutes’ walk), lined with shops, stalls, bars and restaurants. The Grand Union Canal path is five minutes’ from our apartments; you can follow the Paddington Arm all the way to picturesque Little Venice, or simply enjoy a short stroll with a coffee on sunnier days.
Treasure seekers should head to one of London’s best markets, Portobello Road, to explore the plethora of stalls selling antiques, bric-a-brac, fashion and more. Although the market is open every day of the week, Saturdays see the most vendors (and visitors), making for a vibrant shopping experience! Kensal Rise’s chic Chamberlayne Road is easily reached by foot in around 13 minutes, where you’ll find plenty of boutique fashion, homeware and gifting stores – check out Verandah for unique household items and presents. And Westfield London, reachable in 18 minutes by public transport, offers more than 350 retailers spanning big-name brands, fashion, accessories, beauty and homeware.
Start your day with a specialty coffee and baked goods at Double Shot, a short walk from our apartments. The eatery also has fresh sandwiches and brunch options. Family-run café Panella, seven minutes’ walk away, is a beloved local restaurant bringing a rotating menu of Sicilian cuisine to North Kensington, with options for lunch and dinner. While there, be sure to check out Grade II* listed Trellick Tower, an icon of Brutalist architecture (although it certainly splits opinion!). Neighbourhood pub Parlour (8 mins walk) is a great place for an all-day menu of contemporary British food and craft beers, with seasonal dishes alongside the pub classics we all know and love. For a fancier dinner, LAYLOW restaurant is known for its celebrity clientele, deluxe interiors and modern European fare. To stock your apartment kitchen with organic, sustainable produce, try Golborne Deli (9 min walk) which sells everything from breakfast pastries and hearty salads to charcuterie and fine wine, all sourced from independent producers.
Start your evening with a show at the Playground Theatre, around 10 minutes from our apartments by public transport. Housed in a former bus depot, this venue offers a programme of drama, musical theatre, comedy, festivals and performing art – including critically acclaimed and award-winning performances. In nearby Kensal Rise you’ll find London’s only social enterprise cinema, the Lexi, which is run by volunteers and shows everything from mainstream films to live opera, with proceeds going to charity. A tucked-away gem of a pub which is perfect for curated cocktails and great beer is The Eagle, a six-minute walk from our apartments – the interiors are gloriously colourful and the service warm. Towards Portobello Road, there are plenty of quirky bars in which to enjoy a drink. Kitschy interiors and concoctions with a Tiki twist are found at award-winning Trailer Happiness, while the Rococo-style bar at Beach Blanket Babylon, housed in a Georgian townhouse, offers a refined cocktail menu.
